Who are these courses for?
These courses are designed for anyone who wants to take charge of their health. While people of all ages can benefit, they are especially helpful for men and women in their 40s and 50s who are beginning to think seriously about their long-term health, energy, and independence. At this stage of life, we often notice subtle changes—slower recovery, weight gain, reduced energy, or sleep disruptions—and these courses provide tools to reset and future-proof your health.
What do the courses cover?
Our courses focus on four interconnected pillars of health:
- Food (low-carb, anti-inflammatory eating, and intermittent fasting strategies)
- Movement (joint-friendly strength, mobility, and posture work)
- Breathing (simple breathwork techniques for energy, focus, and stress control)
- Sleep (building habits for deep, restorative rest)
We also include mindset and practical routines to help you put everything into daily practice.
How long does the course take to complete?
This depends on the course. Our complete health short course has four modules. Most people complete one module per week, but you can go at your own pace. The goal is to not just learn, but to integrate each step into your lifestyle before moving on.
How long do I have access to the material?
You’ll have 12 months of access to all videos, workbooks, and resources. This allows you to revisit lessons whenever you need a refresher.
Do I need to be fit before starting?
Not at all. These courses are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are active, just starting out, or returning after time off, the strategies are adaptable to your current fitness and health level.
Will I need special equipment?
No. Most of the practices—such as breathwork, sleep routines, and food strategies—require no equipment. Some movement sessions may use a foam roller or light weights, but there are alternative options so you can get started with what you already have at home.
Can I have one-on-one support?
Yes. While the courses are self-directed, we know that sometimes you want personalised advice. Online consultations are available for an additional fee. These sessions are tailored to your unique health history, lifestyle, and goals.
What if I’m on medications?
Many participants join our courses to improve their health before relying on medication. If you are already taking medications, you can still benefit—but we recommend checking with your doctor first. We can also help you identify whether this program is right for you.
Will this help me lose weight?
Yes. Many people experience weight loss as a by-product of improved nutrition, better sleep, and movement. However, our focus is not a “quick fix” diet. Instead, the courses help reset your body’s natural balance, improve energy, and reduce inflammation. Weight loss often follows naturally.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. Our approach is flexible and practical. We guide you toward a low-carb, whole-food style of eating that reduces inflammation and supports long-term health. You’ll learn how to make it fit your lifestyle without feeling restricted. We do strongly encourage minimal carbohydrates (sugars) and alcohol as you progress through the course.
Can couples or families do the course together?
Absolutely. Many participants find it easier to build lasting habits when a partner, friend, or family member joins them. The material is easy to follow for anyone who wants better health and we have discounts for couples who want to join together.
Is this course suitable if I already exercise or eat well?
Yes. Even if you already live healthily, the integration of food, movement, breathwork, and sleep creates a synergy that can elevate your results, reduce hidden inflammation, and help you feel stronger and more energised as you age.
