We’ve never run a health program before. Where do we start?
Many organisations start with a single session on one foundation, often movement or sleep, and build from there. Send a short enquiry and we’ll suggest a starting point.
Can sessions be delivered online?
Yes. Sessions can be delivered on-site, online or at ONE HEALTH Centre, depending on the requirements of the program.
Can the topics be tailored?
Yes. Programs can be tailored to your workforce, the health topics most relevant to your people, available time, number of participants and preferred delivery format.
Who presents the sessions?
Dr Matt Hempsell, Clinic Director and Principal Osteopath at ONE HEALTH Centre, Port Macquarie, with more than 25 years across healthcare, health and fitness, and education.
